Novatron provides machine control solutions that consist of a complete machine control system and the technical support the customer needs.

Consultation

We will study the needs of our customers and tailor an appropriate solution for each project. We will help our customers in all issues concerning machine control.

Installation

Trained fitters take care of the installations of our machine control systems. We will provide our customers an installed, calibrated and tested system. We will also set up the base station, assist with 3D models and make sure that everything works as they should.

Training

Customers are always given a training at the machine after the installation. We also organize separate training sessions which focus on both theory and practise of machine control. The topics of the training sessions are chosen based on our customers' requests.

Service and support

Reliability of service is extremely important and we want to improve it constantly. Our duty is to ensure that our machine control systems work properly. Technical support is always quickly and easily available due to our professional service organization and remote support.

Remote support

Remote support enables reliable and instant help desk support for our customers. The operator can send a help request straight from the construction machine. After receiving the request, Novatron product support can take the system under control via wireless Internet connection for troubleshooting purposes. Remote connection can also be used for training, project data file transfers and software updates.
