You will experience fast support via the wireless connection (GPRS/3G) from your Vision or Vision 3D system to the Novatron support center. Remote Support enables Novatron to resolve most issues instantly - no need to wait for the help to arrive on-site! Remote Support saves time and money by minimizing your site downtime. Wireless connection can also be used for software updates and to transfer design data.

How does Remote Support work?

1. You tap the “Request help” button on the screen.
2. Novatron’s support personnel receive the request.
3. The connection is established and the support person has remote access to your system.
